Goji berry recipe

Sweet balls with raisins and goji berries

This delicious and health recipe is also suitable for children and vegans and vegetarians


Ingredients for 12-15 cupcakes

  • 150 gr of raisins
  • 100 gr peeled almonds
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon raw cocoa
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Raw cocoa for the cover
Preparation

1. Soak the raisins and almonds for half an hour

2. In a bowl, soak the goji berries for 10 minutes

3. In a mixer glass, put the drained almonds and raisins, starting to blend

4. Add the drained and lightly squeezed goji berries, cocoa and coconut oil

5. Blend until soft but not too soft

6. Shape into small walnut-sized balls and toss them in raw cocoa

7. Put the sweets in the fridge but remember to remove them at least an hour before serving
